These can be accessing the hard disk during ilde times: Win XP’s indexing, Google Desktop, Antivirus protection etc There is a link for a free program that would show which programs are accessing the hard disk even when I am idle.

I goof up on only the first one…I never feel like telling about myself.
In general, preparation never helped me for these kind of questions. I would end up telling something other than I prepared. I have also figured that my instantaneous answers sound better than the prepared ones. -
Well, this had to happen. I mean, acquisition of del.icio.us by a “Biggie”. There are mixed reactions in the comments. Many are happy to see all good services coming under one roof. Most of them are not happy because of their previous experiences with Flickr,Konfubulator. They are particularly unhappy about the ads and Yahoo! login.
Personally too, I would be happy if del.icio.us remains the same way. Nagging ads and additional screen before using the service would be a letdown.
Just 2 days ago, I had seen Yahoo!’s My Web (Beta) and had wondered - hey this is del.icio.us in Yahoo! Like yahoo photos remained along side Flickr I guess this will too remain along del.icio.us. In this context it would have been interesting to see if Google bought del.icio.us, so that there would be good competation. We know that competation always will result in better products for consumers. -

It is sad that when freedom is misused like this, it sends bad signals about the very authority. Nevertheless a incident or two like this should not stop good deeds and benefits offered by being open and free.
