First Sachin was discontinued from Airtel endorsement.
in 2004 when Airtel had signed on Tendulkar, the telecom service provider had said that Airtel and Sachin shared the same brand values…both were about being reliable, trustworthy and leaders in their respective fields

And just 2 days later, there is a mega deal for approx Rs 135 crores !!
